What we expect from you
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior CDP, or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up, who is passionate about quality, ingredient-led cooking and takes real pride in their work. Ideally, you’ll come from a quality food background and feel confident working in a fast-paced, standards-driven kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seasonal, thoughtfully crafted menu, leading by example during service and helping to support and develop the team around you. We’re looking for someone who stays calm under pressure, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys being part of a collaborative and ambitious kitchen.
