We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef (or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up) who shares our passion for quality, ingredient-led cooking and thoughtful hospitality. Ideally, you’ll come from a high-quality food background and bring solid experience from a refined, standards-driven kitchen, with a desire to create memorable, beautifully executed dishes as part of an exciting new opening. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to shape and deliver a menu rooted in seasonality, leading by example in a calm and focused way during service. Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who values being part of a supportive, ambitious team, taking pride in every detail and helping to create a dining experience that feels both considered and genuinely welcoming.
